Black bin bags, scissors, sellotape

Instructions

Cut a slit in the bottom of a bin-bag for the neck hole. measure where the arm holes need to be & cut 2 slits in each side. Cut another bag into rectangles & attach one rectangle to the back of the neck hole with sellotape to make a hood.
