A 1000 Fantastic Scout Game. Some scouts can nearly complete the course, others fail at the first bend! Bit like some parents.
Equipment: Chalk, blindfold.
Mark a start and finish line at either end of the hall. Draw a chalk road on the floor, comprising two parallel lines about one metre apart. Put in plenty of turns and occasional obstacles (books or boxes) to represent parked cars that protrude into the road. Each scout, blindfolded, takes it in turn to walk along the road. As soon as he goes over the lines or hits an obstacle he stops and his name is marked by the side of the road. Once all the scouts have had a go, the one that has managed to get the furthest is the winner. If more than one manage to get to the end of the course, check their blindfolds and have a play-off.
