Instructions

A Scout is selected to be the chaser and another the chased. The Scout being chased has the neckie. Only the person carrying the neckie can be "tig'd" and they continually try to escape by HANDING the neckie to other players. The neckie must be handed; not dropped or thrown. If the chaser tigs the neckie carrier, the neckie carrier become the chaser.
