Individually, find an outdoor spce no bigger than 5 paces across - this is your personal "Island"
Spend 15 minutes on your island in silence.
You can do anything you like in this time, as long as you stay on your island. Try to learn everything you can about your island, pay attention to the details, and reflect on how you feel.
When you return to the group, draw or write down how you feel.
Discuss: what impact have people had on your island?
Can you imagine what it would be like if people had never been there?
What could you do to take care of your island?
