To encourage physical activity This Badge has 3 options of which 3 must be completed Instructions:

All the girls sit in a circle and ask them why we need to exercise. Discuss the exercise pictures and ask the girls if they have tried any of these activities or sports, and which ones they might like to do. This will allow the Leader to find out what the girls know about the benefits of exercise and then to expand on what they know. Acknowledgement/Source Health Promotion Pack 2003
