119 Kayaking/Paddlesports - Leisure
Use of paddle sports for leisure and physical fitness. For use with BB seniors or company sections. Discoverer, Recreation, Challenge. Canoeing/Kayaking
This activity should last at least 30 minutes and is designed to build physical fitness and or recreation and not skill training.
Set a route that will challenge the young people. Be careful not to repeat the same route over and over again. This activity could be used to discover local islands and creeks.
