Introduction:
This is great game for doing a physical activity with the guides.
Instructions
Players: Two teams of at least four
• Give each girl in the team a number.
• Leader calls out a number and an action e.g. Number 4, make a noise like a cow.
• Guides who are number four run to a designated wall/chair, etc, performing the action before running back to their spot.
Other actions
Run with hands on hips
Run with one hand on head and one hand on knee,
Run making noise like a sheep;
Run making a noise like a cow.
Run waving hands in the air.
