Icing sugar
small cupcakes enough for each boy.
Knife to spread icing
tea spoon

Instructions

Give each Boy a Cup cake
Give each boy a teaspoon to put a teaspoonful of icing on cupcake
use knife to spread evenly
let boy choose favourite turtle topper to place on top of their cupcake
