Game of Ladders using Scottish-themed words instead of numbers

List of Scottish-themed words (eg places names, local produce, inventions, animals etc)

Instructions

Beavers get into pairs, facing each other in two long lines. Sit on floor with each pair's feet touching, leaving a gap between pairs so they form a long "ladder" along the floor. Name each pair using the list of Scottish-themed words. Call out one of the words, that pair have to race each other down the ladder, jumping over everyone else's legs, run round the outside then back up the ladder to their own places.
