Description

Making rice rolls (similar to spring rolls) with either sweet or savoury fillings


Resources

Rice wraps (available from Chinese or Asian supermarkets)
Selection of sliced fruit or veg whatever you would like to fill them with
Bowl of warm water

Instructions

Soak one rice wrap at a time in the warm water for 20 seconds. Fill with your choice of filling, fold the sides in and then roll.
