Traditional Cub Scout Game where cubs try to grab an ankle

Instructions

The cubs sit in a circle. One Cub is picked as Mowgli and has to crouch on haunces.
Mowgli challenges another cub saying "I Mowgli king of the jungle challenge...." the name of the cub.
The cubs have to try to grab the other's ankle whilst remaining on haunces. The cub who grabs the ankle first, wins.
