Build a simple catapult

Resources

For catapults:
-plenty of broom handles and rope (or scout staves/pioneering poles as appropriate)
-cups or empty tuna cans, elastic cord

Projectiles:
-tennis balls
-bean bags
-eggs (check for allergies)

Plus assorted targets

Instructions

Each team build their own catapult, and see who can fire a tennis ball at the opponents target.
- Distance 10 points
- hoops 10,20,& 30 points
- target 100-10


Check badge requirements carefully before awarding as not all will be appropriate for small catapult creations
