Have one of the young people sit on a chair in front of a white board while the others wrote a positive phrase about them. They cannot peek at what is being written. This can also be done by having the young people pass a piece of paper around. Watch the smiles on the young peoples faces as they thing about and write nice comments. Let the person on the chair read the comments and watch the smiles again. Get a different young person to sit on the chair
