Description

Beavers can make bread dough in a bag to take home and bake

Resources

plastic zip lock bags
flour
yeast
sugar
oil
salt

Instructions

Put one cup of flour in the bag (make sure cups are level cups
Add the sugar yeast and warm water
Zip up the bag and mix
Leave to rest for 10 min
Add the olive oil salt and the rest of the flour
Zip up bag and mix until all combined
Tip out on to parchment on the table and dust with a little more flour
Knead until smooth
Shape and put into tins to take home
