Aim
a) To introduce the SDG Goal 3 to Guides, and show how they can help achieve this goal
b) Learn about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, eating a balanced diet and exercise regularly
c) To focus on the international aspect of healthcare and wellbeing

Make a Stress Ball
Introduction
This activity works well in conjunction Option 4
Identify what stress is, how it is caused, and signs of stress in ourselves
Instructions
• Working in pairs, the girls blow up the balloon and leave it untied.
• Slowly fill the funnel with flour, letting it enter the balloon.
• Fill the balloon to about 8 cm
• Squeeze out the excess air
• Tie the balloon as close to the flour as you can
• Cut off any excess balloon
• If it seems thin, cover with a second balloon
• Write name in permanent marker
• When both Guides have their stress ball ready, let them play with it!
Debrief/Discussion
Finish with a short relaxation exercise
