Two lines of chairs at opposite sides of the hall

Scouts sit on the chairs

After 3 the scouts run across the room to a chair on the opposite side

After 1 round take away a chair from each side.

After 3 the scouts run across the room to sit on a chair.

Those that don't have a chair then go to the middle of the room to act as a traffic cone
