One Team of Cubs have to Radio a message using the NATO Phonetic Alphabet to the other Team who then have to decode the message

Instructions

Explain what the NATO Phonetic Alphabet is & why it is used
1. The Leader gives one team of Cubs a message, who then have to covert the message using the NATO Phonetic Alphabet and pass it to the other team.
2. The 2nd Team have to decode the message and give the decoded message back to the Leader who can check that the correct message was sent
3. Repeat but swapping around so the receivers become the senders & the senders become the receivers
4. Get the Cubs now to try and send a message with out converting to Phonetics
