Description

A simple craft idea for Cubs for Easter. Egg-shaped chicks, wrapped with yellow wool with sticky eyes.

Resources

Cardboard shaped egg
Ball of yellow wool
Boggly eyes
Orange Card
Scissors
Glue

Instructions

1) Pre-cut the cardboard eggs.
2) Ask cubs to tie the wool around and around the cardboard egg (the smaller the egg, the less wool will be required). Tie together at the back. A slit in the cardboard can be used to tuck the wool into.
3) Cut out some feet and a beak using the template and attach the eyes (can use boggly eyes or use the ones in the template below).
