Instructions:
Week 1:
Discuss the precautions to be taken when using chemicals in your garden. Ask the Guides to bring to the next Guide meeting the name of one chemical and its purpose.

Week 2:
Each Guide presents her information. Discuss the precautions necessary when using chemicals in your garden.

Flower Arranging

Flower arrangement is the combination of several elements to produce a visually pleasing display of fresh, silk, or dried flowers.

Game: Photocopy the template with flowers and titles and cut out each part. Ask the Guides to match the pictures to the names.

Game variation: Running game.

Invite a florist to visit your meeting to show the Guides how to make a flower arrangement.
