Simple activity for Beavers to spell their names in semaphore

Resources

Plain paper
Red & yellow colouring pens/crayons
small garden sticks
sellotape

Instructions

Beavers each make a semaphore flag, colouring in a black piece of paper and then attaching a stick.

Then Beavers get into pairs, each pair is given a copy of the semaphore alphabet and they sign their names to each other.
