A simple relay game for teams/patrols/sixes etc.

Resources

a ball for each team,

Instructions

Line each team up with a point set opposite them at the other end of the playing area - chair, pole etc. Give each a ball

On go the first person puts the ball between their feet, hops around the chair/pole etc. and then back where they pass the ball to the next player who does the same.

- Players may not touch the ball with their hands
- If the ball comes out that player has to go back and start again.
