Description

Interactive refugee simulation and story about a refugee including group discussions and patrol discussions (adapted from a UK Cub version).

Resources

- 3.5 square metre sheet of paper (or paper marked out on floor 1.75 x 1.75m)
- felts & pens
- post-it notes- "Packing" cards (see file)
- food as per list on "Refugee Resources" (see file)
- 10 litre buckets (one per patrol)
- lots of pots, pans, mixing bowls, plastic containers

Instructions

- mark out a 3.5 square metre sheet of paper
- cut out "packing" cards (one set per patrol)
- print out story and resources and read through the activity using the relevant props or fact sheets as necessary
