Instructions

Spend a session planning ideas in sixes or patrols then vote on one or elements of several.
For Cubs, leader to define resources and timescale required for the plan with Cub input.
Scouts could do this themselves with support.

Build it!

Note: for floats involving a trailer and vehicle, risk assessment and insurance is required - Check group policies.
