Description
Simple fun personality test using 4 shapes, with over view of the different shapes. Can be used to show the different roles within different teams, and how people think differently
Resources
Pens, pencils, paper, resource sheet
Instructions
Give each person a piece of paper and a pen / pencil. Ask them to draw a design on the paper with one of each of the following shapes - triangle, square, circle, squiggle. Ask them to draw one more of the shape they most like. The shape that is drawn twice is the dominant shape for that person. Ask all the circles to get together, the squares to get together etc then go through the resource sheet details on each shape. Ask each person to try to recognise and remember where their friends are / what the make up of their six / patrol is, and link to different roles in teams
