Description

THIS IS NOT PIN THE TAIL ON THE DONKEY
This will be funny! In teams, the kids need to pin medals on a live soldier without being touched by the soldier.
He is in costume and blindfolded.

Instructions

Directions
1. The leader soldier sits in a chair in their solder costume with a blindfold on
2. Split your group into two teams and get each child to take off their shoes
3. Give each child a medal
4. One child from each team sets off to stick the medal on the left side of the soldier’s chest.
If they achieve this they each earn 5 points for their team
5. Here’s the catch. They have to walk as quietly as possible, so the soldier doesn’t hear them.
At any time the soldier can lift one arm (ONLY) and touch a child. If he/she does the child receives no points.
6. The child can use any tactics he wishes to stick the medal on the soldier without being touched.
So for example, (say this to the children), he can go around the back of the soldier and try to put the medal
on that way
7. If the child senses he is going to be touched he can stick the medal anywhere. In this case, the child will only
receive 1 point for his team. But if he manages to put it in the left chest area, he gets 5 points
8. Once the two children have had their go send off the next two. If you have odd numbers in your group, you
may need to get a leader to join one of the sides
9. The team with the most points at the end are the winners
10. Award prizes for the winning team
