Chairs per person

Instructions

1. Each player sits on a chair.
2. One leader (A) will then lead off, the Scouts follow in a single-file line. The Scouts must copy the Leader, out doors, over equipment, under equipment etc.
3. Meanwhile, Leader B at the start will take away one chair.
3. When Leader A is ready, s/he will shout "Commando!". A count down begins from 10.
4. Scouts must run back and sit on a chair before the countdown ends and before all the chairs are taken. The person without a chair/too late, will sit out.
5. Repeat, with a different route and a countdown from 8. Then 6, 4 and 2! Chairs will slowly disappear until there is one winner left.
