Description

Relay game in sixes or patrols. Where the leader shouts an exercise and the cubs/scouts run to the end of the hall and does the exercise.

Instructions

A leader shouts an exercise for example "press-up" and the first cub / scout in each line runs to the end of the hall and has to do 5 / 10 press-ups.
You can then either give the next cubs/scouts in the line a different exercise or get the whole team to do press-ups in relay.

squat thrusts
skipping
star jumps
