Description
Using meat, herbs, spices and sausage skins blend the mixture and fill the sausage casings.
Resources
Meat (any that meets taste and dietary requirements) - about 100g minced per sausage
Herbs & spices to flavour
Sausage skins
Sausage funnels, or a sausage making machine
bowls & wooden spoons
washing up stuff
Instructions
Start with food hygiene chat, and washing hands and cleaning prep area.
Mix the ingredients in the bowl. Once combined use the funnel and the handle of the wooden spoon to feed into the sausage skin. NB roll the sausage skin onto the funnel, and then let it unroll as the filling uses up the space.
