Flour Bomb snowball fight

"wall" - could be tables, cardboard anything that could be hidden behind

Instructions

as leaders create as many flower bombs as you can by placing a small amount of flour into a tissue and then securing it with a rubber band.
these then become the children's snowballs that they can throw at each other.

next build some kind of defense for each team, it could be tables, a big stack of cardboard or if the'yre scouts get them to build something natural to hide behind.

then split the snowballs evenly between teams ( be sure to keep some back for yourself) and let them throw them at each other

although the activity run time says 20 minutes this activity could run for as long as you like it just depends on how many snow balls you make
