Resources

Decorate 5 tables according to country - see if you know anyone from that country who can come and help on that stall.

Powerpoint has printouts for:
- Each country - facts, flag, Christmas traditions, food suggestions, Christmas greeting and Beaver Scout equivalent
- Passports to be filled by each Beaver
- Cut out stamps to give each Beaver when they have visited the country stall - these can be glued onto the stamp corner of the passport page
- Ideas of some international games which could be played at beginning/end of meeting.

Instructions

Present each Beaver with a passport and then split them into 5 groups.

Each group will spend time at the different stalls learning about Christmas and Beavers from that country. They can use their passport page for that country to colour in and talk about the different christmas traditions with the grownup on that stall. Have a little food taster on each table and learn the Christmas greeting. When finished award them with their passport stamp.

After 5-7 minutes ring a bell for them to rotate to next stall.
