Instructions

Get the smallest member of the six from one side of the room to the other, without them touching the floor. The "bridge" cubs aren't allowed to move while they're carrying the smallest one though. Can run as a race between sixes.
A variant is to give each six a small number of chairs that they have to use as the bridge, moving them along as a team.
Afterwards get the sixes to discuss what worked well, what didn't work. Consider re-running the race a second time to allow them to put this learning into practice and allow them to think about which role they play.
