Resources

Popsicle sticks 1 per line of promise
Ribbon, wool, braiding, lace or other suitable material
Glue
Print out of promise (and law if using)
Scissors

Instructions

Make a ladder using popsicle sticks and ribbon (Photo attached)

Stick a line from the promise onto a popsicle ladder rung
The Law can be stuck onto the back of the ladder if girls are really keen.

Leave for glue to dry
