Cubs Personal Challenge Evening

Description
An evening of 3 minute challenges designed to help Cubs select their Personal challenge.
I figured my Cubs would struggle to set themselves Personal Challenges without something to help them with the thought process so I came up with this idea. 22 different challenges (some easy, some hard, some physical, some mental) to try in blocks of 3 minutes.
Running time is variable depending on how many rounds you do - 50 minutes gives the 5 rounds as detailed on the instruction sheet.
Resources
5 x 2p/10p coins
2 x hula hoops
4 x dessert or tea spoons
Some cotton wool balls
Couple of pencils
Skipping rope
3 x tennis balls
A book with short chapters
Lego in a bag
Plastic plate
Copy of the national anthem
2 or 3 tangrams in a bag
A chair
Bug puzzle (or other impossible task - see sheet for details)
Paper and pencils
Instructions
Print off attached sheet, read the instructions and cut up the challenges so they are all seperate.
The first 3 rounds use these challenges. Run as many rounds as you like - allow 3 minutes for the task and a further 1 or 2 minutes to discuss them afterwards.
Round 4 asks the Cubs to create new challenges - again run as many times as you like - allow 3 minutes to create a challenge, 3 minutes to run it and 1 or 2 to discuss it
Round 5 is for the Cubs to create their personal challenge - Allow twenty minutes to give leaders time to help those struggling.
