This is basically going for a jog, walk or hike, while picking up rubbish.
This was started in Sweden in 2016, known there as Plogga, and the Plogga website was setup.
It also acts as a workout - including bending, twisting and squatting, adding to the walk, hike or jog!

Instructions

Go for a walk or hike or if they are full of energy a jog! Bring a bag, pick up the rubbish you find. Take a photo, share it on social media. Let people know you care about your world, your community, your future!
