Scouts!

Instructions

Scouts get in pairs and sit in a circle with one scout sat in front of the other.
YL/spare Scout stands in the middle
Person in the middle gives a description (e.g. People with brown hair)
Scouts in the inner circle who match the description must try and get to the person in the middle first whilst the person in the outer circle trys to stop them
If it's a Scout in the middle then swap with whoever gets there first
Get the Scouts to change directions or swap the inner/outer circle around throughout the game
