Making banana fritters for chinese new year

Pans (deep)
Oil
All purpose flour
Eggs
Water
Banana

Instructions

Peel and half the bananas.

Mix one egg with 3/4 cup of water, pour in flour until you get a batter consistency.

Heat the pan with a generous amount of oil. When hot, dip the bananas into the batter and place in the fat (it WILL be hot). Cook until golden brown.

Drizzle with syrup when done
