Aim
a) To introduce the SDG 13 to Brownies and show how they can help achieve this goal.
b) To learn about the importance of caring for the environment.
c) To begin to bring in the international aspect of the environment.

The activity provides opportunities for young children to build an awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals including No. 13, Climate Action

Read the story

to the Brownies.

Debrief/Discussion
Discuss that
- there are 17 SDG Goals, to help everyone in the world, not just Brownies, to keep our planet alive and to keep our communities the way we would like to find them.

- the rest of the SDG 13 badge will focus on Climate Action.
