Instructions

- try Chinese noodles (symbolise long life), dumplings (fortune), and a dessert (I purchased a baked wafer biscuit that is specific to southeast Asian lunar new year celebrations) -- the Beavers try them and share their opinions.

- learn the Beavers promise from Taiwan ROC.

- make a lion dance head and perform their version of said dance.

- learn how to wish a leader a happy new year and receive a lucky red packet in exchange.
