Description

You may know of the dance called hokey pokey.
It's not only a dance, but it's a well-loved candy from New Zealand, so we're going to make some of our own!

Resources

140g/ 10 tablespoons of granulated sugar

50g/ 4 Tablespoons of golden syrup

2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

Plastic Bowls and greaseproof paper to line them (Cubs will be taking these home, so they could bring their own)
