Description

Play a normal egg and spoon race but with a twist!

Resources

4x Hardboiled eggs/Plastic Eggs
4x Spoons
Obstacles such as benches, cones, etc.

Instructions

Set up an obstacle course to your choosing, using benches and cones for the cubs to go over, under, round or through!

Split your cubs into their lodges then half of the lodge go to the bottom of the hall and the other half go to the other end of the hall (Standing opposite to the other)

The aim of the game is a race to see which lodge can make it back to their starting position first without dropping the egg!
If they drop the egg the cubs pick the egg back up and start from where they dropped it.

To make it more challenging for Scouts split your patrols in to two person teams and then blindfold one Scout the other is to give instructions for movement around the obstacle course, this gives confidence and learning to trust someone else.
