Description

Look at pedestrian crossing (Pelican, Toucan, Puffin crossings - the ones with the buttons that pedestrians press) for use by people with different needs - sensory and physical. This activity can be done during a Disability Awareness night if you have a crossing near where your HQ is. Otherwise can be done during a hike or focus on road safety/green cross code

Look at pedestrian crossing for use by people with different needs. A pedestrian crossing is a place that is designed to ensure that the most people can cross safely. Point to make is that many of the features built in benefit a lot more people that they were first designed to help - textured paving, dropped pavements.
