Description

Indoor obstacle course on the theme of Captain Blacksheep's treasure (previously used for the Navigator badge!). First, the beavers must find the treasure in the obstacle course. However, it's locked with a sturdy padlock! So they must find the key to unlock the treasure (hidden elsewhere in the course). Then they open the treasure (shingle?), and have to empty it cup-by-cup. When they've emptied the treasure, they can cash it in for treats at the end of the evening.

Resources

- treasure chest filled with treasure, some cups to fill with treasure
- gaffer tape
- blankets

Instructions

Make a set of obstacles:
- crawling under blanket
- 'bridge' from chairs
- tunnel under chairs
- over and under benches
- canyon jump (from bench/table)
- crossing crocodile infested river (via pieces of card stuck to floor with gaffer tape)
- barrels to run round
- walking the plank (bench)
