fabric almost squares, cord, needles, thread and embroidery thread for some, patience!

Instructions

Before session:
Fold fabric wrong way over. Sew cord into top with quick hem beforehand and knot cord.
In the session:
Demo how to measure thread and choose a good needle. (Thread some beforehand!!)
Thread on and put a big knot on a double length at the ends so needle doesn't come away.
Sew the 2 open sides with running or blanket stitch with fabric inside out.
Finish off any lengths of thread with lots of little stitches on top of each other.
Turn inside out.
