Description

Race from one end of an obstacle course, to another, with a cup of water.

Resources

Cup per person (ideally), plus one per team.
Obstacle course

Instructions

Place an empty cup per team at the end of the obstacle course/woods/hall.

Fill up one cup per team.

Rule: Each member can only take three steps while holding a cup of water.

So they walk/run/stretch three steps and pour the water into a team-mate's cup, who repeats, until they get to their target cup.

They pour the water into the cup.

First team with a full cup wins - if they've spilt some on the way, they'll have to run back to the start and repeat the whole process.
