Instructions

For the personal challenge badge this is designed to get Scouts thinking about skills and behaviours.
The session starts with the whole troop. You can sort this however you like but giving the 10 headings to 10 volunteers and getting the troop to order them by importance was my approach.
Following this, the troop splits in to patrols and the Scouts top trumps cards are then to be completed by each scout.
After this the leaders talk with scouts to decide what their individual challenge will be using the Personal challenge ideas pages.
