Description

This is a fun game based on the concept of the popular card games, top trumps but with Explorer Scouts. It is very inclusive as the explorer scout is put head to head, not just on physical strength but, mental skill, and intelligence.


Resources

All you need for this, is a list of attributes, and a masking screen between the 2 teams so they cannot see each other until it is time to play head to head.

Instructions

1. Split the group into 2 teams, using team captains and random selection.
2. Flip a coin to determine which team has control of the game.
3. The 2 teams need to be hidden from each other behind the masking screen, the order of the team cannot change, and the team members are not allowed to look at the opposing teams line up.
4. The first person in line has to pick form the list of attributes, They have 10 seconds to chose or the quiz master will pick for them.

List of suggested attributes - This list can be added to.
Biggest shoe size
Who can Plank the Longest
Who can hold their breath the longest
Who can do the best splits
Hang time, who can hang from their arms the longest.
Who can remember the most random numbers (Quiz Master has to read out a long number and each member has to see how many of the numbers they can recall)
Run around the building - When the quiz master says go, the explorer must run around the building and the first person back wins.
Who knows the longest word.
Most push ups
Who can make themselves cry first
Who can talk about a subject for longest without any pauses, hesitation and the person cannot recite lists.
Thumb war
Staring contest
Tallest person
Funniest clean joke.
Highest Pitch (Who can hear the highest frequency - need to download the dog whistle app)
Who can scream the loudest, (Need a decibel reader app for your phone)

5. Once an attribute has been used it cannot be used again.
6. The winner is the winning team with the most members in after everyone has had a turn.
