Aim of Game
To encourage the Ladybirds to listen carefully and follow instructions.

Introduction
Similar to ‘Simon Says’, this game is changed to ‘Santa Says’.

Instructions
1. Tell the Ladybirds to complete the actions called out by the Leader only when it is preceded by ‘Santa says…’
2. The Leader calls out ‘Santa says deliver some presents’. The Ladybirds should complete the actions for delivering presents.
3. Other examples:
• Santa says slide down the chimney
• Santa says drive the sleigh
• Santa says read a Christmas letter
• Santa says eat some pudding and custard
4. When the Leader calls out a statement without saying ‘Santa says’, then any Ladybird who does the action is out.
5. Continue until each Ladybird is out.
6. Play again and let the Ladybirds take turns at saying ‘Santa says…’
