Aim of Badge
To develop an awareness and appreciation of cultures other than your own.

This Badge has 6 options of which 6 must be completed.

Introduction
This activity can be done over two meetings.

Instructions
1. In their Patrols, ask the girls to choose a country that they would like to present to the rest of the Unit.
2. Let them come up with how they are going to present the culture of that country e.g. dance routine, song, fun facts, food, language.
3. At the next meeting, after they have done their research on their chosen country, ask the girls to present their findings. The Patrols can set up stations for the other girls to come up to or they can all present one-by-one, whichever is more appropriate for the girls.
