Description

Pair up your scouts. Give each scout a 1 metre long rope and have them tie a Bowline Knot at each end to create loops large enough to slide their hands through. Interlock the rope a single time then have the scouts put their hands through the loop at each end of their rope. the rope and their bodies then make two interlocked loops. They then get 5 minutes to work with each other to free themselves without taking their hands out of the loops.

(Hint - solution involves feeding string through the loop the hands went through not contorting their bodies)
