How strong can you build a tower of bamboos?

Plastic Bags
Bottles of water

Instructions

Give each patrol the same amount of bamboo, string, and a plastic bag.

They have to build a contraption that will hang the bag off the ground in as strong a way as possible.

After a set time, gradually load up the bags with bottles of water until the structure collapses. Strongest structure wins.

Could combine this with some kind of quiz where getting the answers right means getting materials.
